For some reason, my Newgrounds Player doesn't save any progress in the games that I play.
Is this a game-related issue or is it simply the Player malfunctioning?
Hi. It's probably necro now but can I ask for some help? When I try to load a game with the open with newgrounds player it will try to open newgrounds player (it's in the processes list on the windows task bar) but the player itself won't show up. When I open the player first, then try to use the link, nothing happens. What/how can I assign the newgrounds player to play the game when I open the link? Win7 64bit. And I have the standalone debugger kit of flash player installed to open .swf files.

its exactly as risky as running an old version of Microsoft Word
the only way to get a virus in flash is if you load an infected file because these are deleted from the portal there is a 0% chance of getting a virus from newgrounds.
most flash viruses are extinct since there are easier ways to infect computers

Have used the Flowken9 fix twice now, have worked fine both times, it's also the simpler solution.

I'm trying to play Madness: project nexus with the newgrounds player, but every time I try to play it, something appear saying if uploads.ungrounded.net can store information. The problem is that I can't select accept or reject, I just can't touch the opptions. What should I do?
@Sonucais The game works, but if I try to play arena, the characters name is bugged, and when I die the game crash.

personally, I entered in files myself and I still can't find what I needed to make it work and also. It feels like even if I set the date to Jan of 2020 it still doesn't really work. With the things in mind the only way I have to do some to install every version of the NG player and delete the useless ones and then tried playing and it didn't really work. Soooooooooo. Kinda sucks
