@PepperShark9 @Sonucais Sorry for the late response; no the same thing doesn't happen when I try that game, this game runs when I download it.
An old NG boomer who refuses to accept that Flash 8 is not longer viable for gamedev. I just want to make some games and live peacefully. I once placed in the top 5 of the month. Started with sprite animations, then learned music, game design and coding.

i have a porblem, windows 10 doesn't allow me to open the .exe file and it says it might harm the pc. is there a way to bypass this?
Yes, open as administrador. It will popup a window, press more info > allow anyway.

I am having problems running it
straight up doesn't work, just end up with a blank white screen
why when i play on browser i have ~120FPS and when i play on this i have less than 20FPS
I don't know, in fact, should run faster on desktop.

Try opening as administrator. There might be something that is blocking access to newgrounds.com. The dice does nothing im guessing?
