i have a porblem, windows 10 doesn't allow me to open the .exe file and it says it might harm the pc. is there a way to bypass this?
Yes, open as administrador. It will popup a window, press more info > allow anyway.

I am having problems running it
straight up doesn't work, just end up with a blank white screen
why when i play on browser i have ~120FPS and when i play on this i have less than 20FPS
I don't know, in fact, should run faster on desktop.
