@Sonucais Tried then uninstall flash player program, a bevy of other programs to erase any flash trace, then that 134.exe, then installing the newgrounds player, then enabling it, and trying crimson keep in firefox, and edge....no dice. I don't fancy using a different browser just for online .swf files, so I guess I just wait for a solution then?

And that's the "fun" part: waiting.....either way, hope a solution for all browsers (or at least the most used) is found one day. Stay safe out there and all that

None of this worked. Not even changing the system clock, or uninstalling the Adobe Flash update. I'm sure I followed it step by step. Windows 10 Home Single Language here.

I have tried it multiple times, but my feeble mind cannot comprehend how to work this. Another workaround is to install Flashpoint Launcher or play games that work on Chrome instead. There are already a lot of games on Flashpoint Launcher and the process is much simpler for people like me who are bad with technology.

I have followed the steps above and got NG player working for the (demo) game you made.
I would like to have it also work for a Kakuro Game that I have been playing a few years ago.

The SWF file that I see in the EMBEDSWF file (and that I therefore have downloaded) is: konduit_5e36cc9bd7533572759e07372fed1b04.swf
Everytime when I open this in the NG player I get stuck, seeing a darkgrey screen.

I have also tried your other method of opening the SWF file in the browser, like:
newgroundsplayer:752067
But I don't know which number this Kakuro 42 game refers to.

Can you help me?

@HeroHeenie @Sonucais How do I reinstall Flash Player then? I uninstalled it before I found out about Newgrounds Player and heavily regret it.

Because if this game doesn't work on the NG player, what's the point of installing the NG player then?
Do you know of a way how I can play this game? That is, can you check it out for yourself and tell me which steps I need to make before I can play this game too?

Hey! Sorry to comment a month later, but I was wondering if this method could be used to unblock programs too. My screensaver is a flash program (support for it is long dead), and would love to keep it alive.

Hey, there was an update recently that removed flash player. Now everytime I try to launch NG Player it tells me to install flash to Internet Explorer, but then I’m told it can’t install because its already built in, so it just never works. How do I fix this?

@Sonucais Hi, I'm new to the site and am still having problems with Newgrounds Player. I'm running Windows 10 and have the latest version of Flash, but the Player does not work (I have Version 1.0.6 too). The SWF's I have are all saved offline, but loading them gives me the killswitch icon for Adobe. I downloaded the mms file and put them in both Adobe folders, but still the issue remains. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Do you know if anyone has made a video walkthrough either?
